Responsibilities of this Junior Quality Technologist job include:

Assist EU/UK PSQC team, including helping with quality documentation and ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System across the organization. Support quality, product safety, and compliance activities. Assist in auditing the quality system, including processes, tools, and suppliers. Support QA programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Ensure effective closure of Quality System documents (Audit Actions, NCRs, CAPAs, etc.). Collaborate with the team leader on strategic goals and objectives. Maintain and develop risk management lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement and understanding of on-site measurement systems. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using analytical frameworks. Identify supplier risks to prevent supply chain disruptions and report to senior management.

Requirements for this Junior Quality Technologist job include:

Qualification in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering or Science. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of process excellence/QE tools like AQL, auditing, product inspection, FMEA, statistical analysis, SPC. Familiarity with risk management documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and advanced Excel for trend analysis. Understanding of regulatory and technical standards (General Product Safety Directive, Toy Safety Directive, REACH, ROHS, etc.). Proficiency in an additional language is desirable (German, French, Dutch, Chinese, etc.).
