Responsibilities of this Junior Quality Technologist job include:

  • Assist EU/UK PSQC team, including helping with quality documentation and ensuring adherence to our Quality Management System across the organization.
  • Support quality, product safety, and compliance activities.
  • Assist in auditing the quality system, including processes, tools, and suppliers.
  • Support QA programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure effective closure of Quality System documents (Audit Actions, NCRs, CAPAs, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team leader on strategic goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and develop risk management lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement and understanding of on-site measurement systems.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using analytical frameworks.
  • Identify supplier risks to prevent supply chain disruptions and report to senior management.

Requirements for this Junior Quality Technologist job include:

  • Qualification in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering or Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of process excellence/QE tools like AQL, auditing, product inspection, FMEA, statistical analysis, SPC.
  • Familiarity with risk management documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and advanced Excel for trend analysis.
  • Understanding of regulatory and technical standards (General Product Safety Directive, Toy Safety Directive, REACH, ROHS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in an additional language is desirable (German, French, Dutch, Chinese, etc.).
