Your mission:

  2. Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment
  3. Teach all abilities and ages to swim
  4. Maintain safety of our customers at all times
  5. Give valuable feedback to learners to help them develop their skills
  6. Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
  7. Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions
  8. Maintain a high standard of customer service
  9. Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude

Here's what we need from you:

  1. Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II required
  2. A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
  3. A passion for teaching people how to swim
  4. Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage
  5. Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days
  6. Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required

To be considered for this role you must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
