We are currently recruiting for aFord Master Technicianto join our Aftersales team at ourstate-of-the-art Ford and Hyundai dealershipin theHebron Road Industrial Estate, Kilkenny.
This position isFull-time, Permanent & Pensionable, withexcellent terms & conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Carry outadvanced diagnostics, repairs, and servicingtoFord Master Technicianstandards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other workshop colleagues.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.
- Use the latest Ford diagnostic and repair equipment to resolve complex issues.
- Completeservice documentationin line with warranty and dealer requirements.
- Work closely with the Aftersales team todeliver outstanding customer service.
- Certified Ford Master Technician(or equivalent high-level expertise in Ford vehicles).
- Strong experience invehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and hybrid/electric vehicles.
- Ability tomentor and support junior technicians.
- Anorganised, flexible team playerwith strong problem-solving skills.
- Hold afull clean driver’s licence.
