• Lead Quality & Compliance Programs – Develop, implement, and train teams on compliance initiatives across the EMEA region.
• Ensure Regulatory Adherence – Oversee quality investigations, including change controls, audits, documentation management, and customer complaints. Support New Site Mobilisations – Provide quality & compliance guidance for new site launches.
• Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight – Manage electronic QMS processes for the client, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Training & Stakeholder Engagement – Conduct GxP, QMS, and compliance training for our client and client teams.
• Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyse compliance data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting & Risk Management – Deliver monthly reports on regional compliance trends and audit results. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or facilities management within regulated environments.
• Strong GxP knowledge with expertise in quality management, compliance auditing, and risk assessment.
• Ability to develop reports, analyse data, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Confident communicator with the ability to train and engage multinational teams.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken). What's in It for You?
