LE POSTE

En tant que  Consultant(e) en Recrutement International, Specialisation IT , et tel un entrepreneur, vous gérez et développez votre propre portefeuille de clients tout sur des recrutements permanents.

Au sein d'une équipe dynamique qui partage votre enthousiasme pour le métier, vous créez  l'activité qui vous ressemble  et êtes accompagné jour après jour vers davantage d'autonomie, de développement stratégique et de prise de décision.

Missions :

Prospection Commerciale

Définition de  votre marché  sans limite géographique. Prospection  de nouveaux clients : grands-comptes, PME, Startup… essentiellement sur des  marchés francophones Négociation  des conditions commerciales Gestion de la relation  client et  fidélisation Détection de nouvelles opportunités

Recrutement

Sourcing sur les bases de données internes et externes et sur les réseaux sociaux Approche directe Rédaction et diffusion d'annonces sur les différents job boards Présélection et présentation du poste Entretiens en visio avec les candidats  à travers toute l'Europe Présentation des candidats sélectionnés au client

LE/LA CANDIDAT(E) IDEAL(E)

Vous avez déjà une première expérience d'au moins 1 an sur des  fonctions 360°  (BD et recrutement), idéalement avec une  première expérience en IT Vous êtes  passionné(e)  par le métier de recruteur Vous êtes  animé(e) par les challenges  et possédez un fort tempérament commercial Vous appréciez le  travail en équipe , le  partage  des bonnes pratiques et la  célébration  de tous les succès, individuels et collectifs Vous cherchez toujours à améliorer votre savoir-faire et êtes  force de proposition Vous souhaitez travailler au sein d'un environnement structuré, motivant et très vivant
