What You'll Do:

  • Champion quality, compliance, and safety initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Administer and manage Mental Health Act processes, including tribunals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through audits, risk assessments, and feedback management.
  • Support the implementation of cutting-edge electronic patient records.

About You:

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in healthcare administration.
  • You're knowledgeable about mental health services and compliance standards.
  • You excel at IT systems and data management, with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in mental health settings or regulatory compliance is a plus
