What You'll Do:
  • Drive retail sales by securing new listings and expanding our presence in existing accounts.
  • Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and independent stores.
  • Execute sales strategies to increase the rate of sale in key locations.
  • Monitor performance & report on key sales metrics, using insights to refine our approach.
  • Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
What You Bring:
  • Proven sales experience in FMCG, ideally in food or beverage.
  • An existing network of retail contacts is a huge plus
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
  • A proactive mindset – you see opportunities and go after them.
  • A passion for food, sustainability, and growing a challenger brand.
