In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology delivery, from planning and strategy to execution and implementation. You will ensure that technology solutions align with the needs of the business and its customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports the goals and objectives of the business.
  • Manage the technology delivery function, including project management, software development, infrastructure management, and technical support.
  • Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead a team of technology professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team works effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of technology systems.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Experience managing technology budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of technology policies, standards, and procedures, with a focus on security and integrity.
