Job Overview:

You will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and service. In addition to traditional management responsibilities, you will also play a key role in driving the digital presence and social media strategy, engaging with guests, and promoting our brand in a compelling and innovative manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations:

  1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, concierge, maintenance).
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  3. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Social Marketing & Brand Development:

  1. Create and execute an effective social media strategy to promote the luxury offerings, creating engaging content and campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  2. Collaborate to curate digital content that reflects the brand values and unique experiences.
  3. Manage and grow the online presence, including responding to guest reviews, engaging with followers, and enhancing brand visibility.
  4. Identify influencers, partnerships, and opportunities for cross-promotion to increase reach and engagement.

Guest Relations & Experience:

  1. Champion an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that each visitor feels valued and appreciated.
  2. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and implement improvements to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Promote a culture of personalised service and attention to detail, which is a hallmark of luxury hospitality.
  4. Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
  5. Maximize profitability through strategic pricing, sales, and marketing efforts.
  6. Analyse key performance indicators and adjust operations and marketing strategies to meet financial goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, luxury hospitality standards, and social media marketing trends.
  8. Identify new opportunities to differentiate the property in a competitive market and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.
  9. Create seasonal offers, packages, and promotions to attract new guests and retain loyal ones.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in luxury hotels or resorts.
  2. Strong background or passion for learning social media management/marketing, content creation, and digital marketing (especially in the hospitality industry).
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and departments while delivering outstanding results.
  5. Strong business acumen with a track record of financial and operational success.
  6. Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on delivering unique guest experiences and creating compelling online content.
  7. A passion for luxury hospitality and commitment to excellence in service.
  8. Knowledge of all aspects of Health & Safety
  9. Knowledge of HACCP.

Preferred:

  1. A qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with analytics tools and social media marketing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.).
  3. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  4. The MOST important thing you will have is Hospitality experience at managerial level and, a genuine passion for people, meeting new people and creating experiences for guests that will last a lifetime.
  5. Confidence, personality and the ability to delight customers is paramount in a role like this.
