What You'll Do:

  • Use every tool in the book—job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and AI innovations—to attract standout candidates for call center and affiliate marketing roles.
  • Conduct initial screenings, assess talent, and coordinate interviews to find the perfect fit for both the role and our culture.
  • Deliver timely feedback and ensure candidates feel valued at every stage of the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, refine job requirements, and design recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
