Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is undergoing significant expansion and transformation within their Dublin-based manufacturing site and global operations. As a result, they are looking to strengthen their Operational Excellence team by hiring an experienced Operational Excellence Project Manager for a contract role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Lean manufacturing projects across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain operations to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
  2. Support bids for NPIs and strategic projects through labour and equipment analysis.
  3. Manage recipe/routings for key operational areas.
  4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Quality.
  5. Oversee Program/Project lessons learned processes and drive continuous improvement within the PMO.
  6. Lead and support site-wide strategic improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  7. Provide training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement to achieve sustainable high performance.
Experience & Qualifications:
  1. 3-5 years of Operational Excellence experience within life science manufacturing (biopharma or pharmaceutical preferred).
  2. Strong GMP experience is essential.
  3. Degree qualified, ideally with a Lean Six Sigma certification.
  4. Proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional operational or business excellence projects.
  5. Project management certification is a distinct advantage.
