The Powerscourt Hotel, Resort & Spa is currently recruiting Conference and Banqueting Servers. We are looking for motivated, well-organised people who are passionate about delivering memorable experiences to join our Banqueting Team.

Midweek availability is essential for this role.

About the role:

  1. Serve food and drinks to guests.
  2. Handle different payments in an efficient and accurate manner.
  3. Promote the best possible experience for our guests and ensure guest satisfaction.
  4. Ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout and recorded accordingly.
  5. Prepare equipment before and after service.
  6. Other duties which may be required.

Skills:
Strong command of the English language, experience in hospitality, excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and organise work, ability to delegate and organise work, basic knowledge of wine and food, and basic financial knowledge and working with budgets.
