We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of our dispatch activities at our Logistics client in North Dublin. This is a Full Time Permanent position.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily logistics and consignment reports, monitoring shipment details and files, and maintaining the ticketing system. They will also assist in staff training and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of dispatch activities including daily resource planning
  • Responding to queries via proper channels and maintaining the ticketing system
  • Monitor the shipment details and files, along with the management
  • Manage daily logistics and consignment reports
  • Assist in staff training
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor/dispatch supervisor
  • Forklift license
  • Proficient in MS-Office
Working Conditions

This role involves working Monday – Friday, 11 am to 8 pm. The salary range is €38,000 – €43,000 annually.
