You'll lead a committed team and play a critical role in driving our commitment to operational excellence. Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin

Working Days:Saturday, Sunday, Monday only.

Working Hours:7am - 8pm with a 30 minute paid break and a 30 min unpaid break

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.
  • Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.
  • Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.
  • Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  • Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.
