Location: Tallaght, Dublin 24

About the Role:

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Scheduling warehouse activities and allocating daily tasks
  2. Overseeing order picking, staging, and delivery preparations
  3. Maintaining stock accuracy through cycle counting
  4. Handling customer queries and ensuring timely resolution
  5. Implementing Warehouse Best Practices and mentoring staff
  6. Promoting health, safety, and sustainability initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of warehouse experience across all functions
  2. Familiarity with warehouse software (WMS, Intact) and MS Office
  3. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  4. A hands-on, results-driven approach with excellent teamwork
  5. Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs

Preferred but not essential:

  1. 2+ years of supervisory experience
  2. QQI Level 6 or higher qualification
