You'll lead a committed team and play a critical role in driving our commitment to operational excellence.

Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin
Working Days:Saturday, Sunday, Monday only.
Working Hours:7am - 8pm with a 30 minute paid break and a 30 min unpaid break
What will you be doing? Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards while achieving customer service targets.Create, monitor, and manage operational schedules in line with customer requirements.Supervise and coach a dedicated team, providing clear guidance to meet operational goals.Liaise closely with the Operations Manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.Champion our safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.Manage staff training and development, including performance reviews and goal setting.
