Google Customer Solutions is seeking a skilled Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of online media, exceptional communication skills, and analytical abilities to drive growth for new and existing businesses.
About the RoleWe partner with businesses of all shapes, sizes, and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how businesses grow. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis, and anticipate how decisions are made to uncover the business needs of our key clients.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate expertise in delivering against committed quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Owning a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
