Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in strategically assessing and achieving client success through sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and tactics.
- Expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to manage a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in the Netherlands or Belgium, and to consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Responsibilities

- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Manage a portfolio of medium and large businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks, and planning for multi-quarter achievements.
- Proactively pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by providing outstanding sales experiences and achieving business and marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, building strong connections with end customers or agencies.
