Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales (Swedish, English)

About the Role

Businesses partnering with Google come in various sizes and market caps, and no single advertising solution fits all. Your expertise in online media, combined with your communication and analytical skills, will influence how businesses grow. You will build relationships, provide Google-caliber client service, conduct research and market analysis, and understand decision-making processes. Your goal is to identify client needs and demonstrate how our products can help grow their business, setting strategic directions for their advertising efforts.

Mid-Market Sales (MMS) Account Strategists act as advocates for Google, improving campaign performance, encouraging product adoption, and developing strategies to meet business objectives. You will design media strategies based on customer objectives, using your problem-solving and relationship skills to deliver successful outcomes and drive incremental business through industry-leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage client relationships, understanding their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of workflows and projects.
  • Present Google advertising solutions to achieve business growth and meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations aligned with customer goals, quantifying opportunities and presenting solutions.
  • Gain knowledge of Google Advertising products and their applications to meet diverse marketing needs.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media, or marketing.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English to support client relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a business-related field.
  • 2 years of experience working within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and client relationships.
