  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to manage customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
  • Ability in Customer Service Management roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
