ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Join us as we integrate ServiceNow with our enterprise systems and ensure operational success during a major transition. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions, continuously improve processes, and maintain system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration & Customization: Tailor ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, and reports, to support business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, facilitating a smooth transition and maintaining operational continuity.
3. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring uninterrupted service.
4. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, managing updates, patches, and continuous improvements.
5. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process owners, and newly integrated team members, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with experience in transition projects preferred.
2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, particularly in the context of organizational change.
2. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
3. Knowledge of on-prem, cloud computing, and SaaS environments.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
