Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage the entire bid process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-bid activities, while ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise all necessary bid-related information and documentation.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to enhance bid competitiveness and increase the company's win rate.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive bid tracking system to monitor and manage all bid submissions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all bid-related activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the successful delivery of high-quality, competitive bids.
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling proposal content and presentations, emphasizing the company's unique value proposition and capabilities to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid coordination or management.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels of the organisation.
