Role Description

An opportunity has arisen for a gardener in Sherlockstown House. This is a full-time on-site role. The Gardener will be responsible for landscape maintenance, cut flower production, seed sowing and propagation, irrigation, and general tasks on a day-to-day basis.

You will report directly to the Estate Manager and should have the ability to plan garden duties based on the estate's requirements.

Requirements:

  • Landscape Maintenance, Gardening, and Landscaping skills
  • Experience in horticulture or related field
  • Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Certification in horticulture is beneficial
  • Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a high attention to detail
