Are you an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner looking for a new challenge in the Limerick region? Our client, a high-profile technology sector employer, is recruiting a talented and energetic HR Business Partner to join their team.

The Job:
You will report directly to the Head of HR and cover a wide range of HR responsibilities across the organization. Your key tasks will include leading employee engagement and cultural initiatives, resolving HR queries, supporting external recruitment and internal talent moves, implementing HR change projects, preparing HRIS information packs, and providing oversight on training and development. You will also work closely with senior leadership and unit management teams.

Your Skills/Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with a 3rd-level degree in HR, business studies, or a related field, and 3-4+ years of experience in a similar role. You should have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, and be able to work independently to deliver HR projects. Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and engagement skills are essential.

The Offer:
This is a maternity leave contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. Salary will depend on your skills and experience, but it's expected to be around 65k + benefits and a completion bonus. The role will involve a hybrid mix of office-based and remote work, so could suit candidates based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
