Position: Team Leader Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of business development representatives to achieve ambitious targets and KPIs that align with client expectationsMaintain an active role in day-to-day operations, adapting quickly to client needs and evolving strategiesDevelop a deep understanding of client products and services, enabling your team to identify prospects and qualify opportunities effectivelyEnhance team performance by identifying and implementing new systems, structures, and processes to boost efficiencyFoster a work environment centered on focus, teamwork, and exceptional performanceCollaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are met, taking responsibility for performance management, discipline, attendance, and evaluations. REQUIREMENTS: Native / fluent in German with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
