DescriptionScurri has the vision of Connecting Commerce by optimising the ordering, shipping and delivery process for customers.
We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our operations team. The role is based in Wexford with the requirement for occasional travel, primarily across Ireland and the UK, however, may require Worldwide travel.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will drive project start-up, account configuration, customer training, testing, and going live. You will help determine the best approach to integrate with Scurri's product and API, define and document processes, and implement the best solution for the customer's needs.
You will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships up to and including C level, and act as the primary contact throughout the onboarding/implementation process, interfacing with customers, carriers, partners, 3rd party IT consultants, and internal resources.
As required with larger projects, the Onboarding Specialist also ensures that the project phases and milestones are being properly executed and tracked, and that responsibilities/expectations and project status updates are provided to the customer and available internally. This position is responsible for delivering on-time onboarding projects.

Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the onboarding process for Scurri customers
- Client-facing, single point of contact responsible for the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with the client to develop and execute an implementation plan in line with required deadlines
- Project manage to ensure successful timely delivery of the project
- Assist the customer to determine the best approach to integrate with Scurri's product and API and create technical documentation of the business process.
- Complete onboarding tasks, including the creation and configuration of accounts, training relevant stakeholders, supporting the customer's implementation and testing
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers and external partners to deliver quality service
- Manage multiple onboarding projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop specialised expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
- Occasional travel, primarily across Ireland and UK, however, may require Worldwide travel
- Minimum Honours Degree in a technical discipline
- Project management qualifications with 3+ years experience in an Agile environment (ideally Lean Software Development) or 5 years or more relevant business experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience showing the ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Technically minded and skilled at problem solving and explaining complex scenarios
- Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines both as a team member and individually
- Experience in working with high-volume/enterprise customers
- Proven continuous improvement mindset, with experience designing and improving business and customer processes
- Very organised and comfortable delegating tasks and organising workloads
- Experienced in interfacing between technical (developers) and commercial functions
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders in order to achieve objectives
- Ability to deal with conflicting objectives and complexity
- Passionate about customers and their success
