Our client has a global presence in the software industry and is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who specializes in CRM systems. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are required to translate business requirements into technical solutions, which in turn contribute to improving customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to define business requirements and propose insightful solutions.
  • Translate requirements into in-depth technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Lead project tracking, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Enhance documentation, system alignment, and process improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience in CRM system implementation/customization.
  • Proficient in business analysis, SDLC, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certified Scrum Master is preferred but not a requirement.
