Financial Controller/Office Manager
Location: Meath

INFORM3 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Financial Controller/Office Manager to provide strategic input and financial performance analysis, supporting the delivery of long-term strategies.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years performing in a similar role with proven experience being responsible for significant income and expenditure ideally within construction sectors. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the office among site and office staff.

Financial Controller/Office Manager Responsibilities
  • Providing analytical, financial, reporting and forecasting support.
  • Report on business performance, providing regular insight and analysis with recommendations in order to understand the potential impact of decisions.
  • Following up on site staff ensuring smooth running and communication.
  • Ensure stock and inventory management processes and procedures are robust.
  • Facilitate the development of financial plans and ensure they are delivered, monitored and controlled.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business departments to ensure that the objectives of the business are understood.
  • Advise on and facilitate the implementation of new systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Financial Controller/Office Manager Requirements
  • Relevant Accounting experience Degree Equivalent.
  • Ability to gather and analyse internal and external data from a wide range of sources in order to drive commercial insight.
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP would be an advantage.
  • Ability to explain complex management information in written and verbal form to financial and non-financial people.
  • Strong continuous improvement and change management skills.
  • Able to prioritise own workload within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
