Job Summary 

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support our online marketing efforts, ensuring brand visibility, engagement, and growth across all digital platforms. 

Principle Responsibilities  

• Digital Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing a strong digital marketing strategy that aligns with brand goals. 
• Content Creation & Management: Produce engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertising. 
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow brand presence across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
• SEO & Website Optimisation: Enhance organic reach by optimizing website content, blog articles, and metadata for search engines. 
• Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Pmax, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. 
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open rates and engagement. 
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse key digital marketing metrics to measure performance and optimize strategies. 
• Influencer & Partnership Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with digital influencers, bloggers, and partners to enhance brand reach. 
• Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback to maintain a strong brand image. 
• Attend events to capture live content for social media, evening and weekend availability required. 
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. 
• Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to identify opportunities and threats for strategy adjustments. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies. 
• Stay informed on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. 
• Measure key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, channel performance, and conversions.

Required Experience & Skills   

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, tourism, or entertainment sectors. 
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising platforms. 
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools. 
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills. 
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passion for hospitality, adventure, and digital innovation. 
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing with a proven track record of success. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. 
• Strong attention to detail combined with a creative flair.
