El puesto de Retail Makeup Artist (Angelopolis, Puebla) es responsable de promover y crear la magia de maquillaje en tienda representando los productos y la imagen de Charlotte Tilbury. Trabajando como parte de un equipo de élite, el/la maquillista impulsa las ventas a través de un arte de maquillaje excepcional. El puesto de Retail Makeup Artist refleja los valores de la marca y es responsable de lograr objetivos de ventas a través de la creación de una experiencia increíble con un servicio ejemplar. Este puesto irradia pasión y entusiasmo por Charlotte Tilbury y por el cliente, compartiendo la filosofía de arte sin complicaciones junto con una experiencia de compra única y personalizada.

OBJETIVOS Y RESPONSABILIDADES

ENFOQUE PRINCIPAL Ventas y servicio al cliente

ENFOQUE SECUNDARIO Habilidades en maquillaje y relaciones en tienda

Ventas

·Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas personales, incluidos los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (ICD) como las Ventas Promedio por Unidad (VPU) y Artículos Por Transacción (APT)

·Colaborar y trabajar para lograr y superar los objetivos del equipo

·Crear conciencia de marca a través de compartir y demonstrar tu conocimiento de los productos

·Presentar nuevos lanzamientos de productos

·Abordar clientes

·Demostrar proactividad y creatividad dentro de los parámetros de la Compañía

·Hacer alianzas de ventas con otras marcas

·Proponer activaciones de ventas

·Promover constantemente el Tilbury Touch (Toque Tilbury)

Servicio al Cliente

·Liderear con el ejemplo para promover el Tilbury Touch y un servicio al cliente excepcional

·Resolver las necesidades y consultas de los clientes de manera eficiente y eficaz

·Invitar a los clientes a sentarse para una experiencia única de maquillaje personalizada

·Trabajar de manera rápida y precisa en tiempos ajustados

·Aprovechar toda oportunidad para ofrecer un servicio excepcional a cada cliente. Siempre con los lineamientos de Charlotte Tilbury y Sephora

·Promover consistentemente los ejes de cuidado de la piel y fragancia de Charlotte Tilbury

Trabajo en Equipo

·Apoyar en la ejecución de eventos

·Demostrar un enfoque positivo y cooperativo

·Contribuir a los planes de desarrollo individuales y del equipo

·Mantener altos estándares de puntualidad, uso del tiempo y eficacia para garantizar la eficiencia del equipo

·Apoyar y mantener una atmósfera de comunicación abierta y positiva, de profesionalismo y creatividad en todo momento.

·Reconocer y celebrar el desempeño de sus compañeros de marcas y tienda

Operaciones

·Asegurarse de que la góndola esté "lista para el cliente" de apertura a cierre

·Mantener durante todo el día en excelentes estándares de higiene la góndola. Limpiar las unidades de exhibición, brochas propias, espejos.

·Ayudar a mantener los niveles de inventario requeridos, incluyendo niveles de stock, rotación y reposición oportuna para asegurar la disponibilidad para el cliente.

·Capturar y comunicar evidencia de visuales, promocionales, lanzamientos y cualquier material visual en la góndola

·Completar las tareas administrativas de manera oportuna y precisa.

·Reportar problemas operativos para su resolución de manera oportuna.

Relaciones con la tienda

·Establecer y desarrollar una relación cooperativa y de mutuo respeto con los compañeros de la tienda y otras marcas

·Mantener los estándares y políticas de la tienda en todo momento

·Alinearse a las políticas de prevención y seguridad

·Contribuir a los planes de desarrollo individual y de equipo a través de comentarios constructivos

·Sugerir proactivamente oportunidades de ganar-ganar para impulsar las ventas dentro de la tienda

·Construir fuertes relaciones laborales con los equipos gerenciales de tienda para asegurar ventas y visibilidad de la marca

·Asegurar ser parte del "touch base" para compartir objetivos diarios o mensuales

Reporta a

·Reporta semanalmente a Manager de Ventas y Educación

Requirements

Estamos buscando alguien con

· De preferencia tener habilidades en maquillaje de media a alta

·De preferencia haber cursado maquillaje básico

·Conocimiento en marcas de maquillaje (clásicas, nuevas, indie) y tendencias de maquillaje

·Conocimientos básicos de skincare

·Comprobante de desempeño en ventas o mención de desempeño por medio de carta de recomendación

·Experiencia mínima de un año en tiendas departamentales y ventas
