As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire's, you will support your Store Manager with key responsibilities:
- Driving and achieving retail store targets by fostering a sales-focused environment and motivating the team to meet goals.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by providing personalized attention, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Overseeing store operations, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
- Ensuring commerciality by analyzing market trends, implementing effective visual merchandising strategies, and promoting products through various channels.
- Assisting the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team, enhancing their skills and career development.
- Providing ear piercing services after receiving full training.

About You
We're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum one year of retail management experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills, are essential.
- BASIC computer skills and a sound understanding of mathematics are necessary.
- You should have a strong reading comprehension skill and understand the importance of Customer Service.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve is crucial.
- You must be able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers are also required.
- Operating a POS system is a must.
