Store Management Role with Sales Focus

As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenues in our Ardee store. You will supervise a strong team, overseeing financial KPIs including sales, wages, and shrinkage. Additionally, you will focus on customer service/feedback, internal audits, standards, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have retail supervisory experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to motivate and build a team. They should also possess creativity, innovation, and integrity.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet and exceed ongoing retail store sales targets
- Ensure all visual merchandising standards are attractive and up-to-date
- Recruit and develop staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees
- Manage shop accounting procedures, inventory, and security of equipment and fittings
- Take an active lead in fundraising events and promote the Vision Ireland brand through local channels
