The MongoDB GTM Enablement team seeking a dynamic Communications Manager with experience planning and executing an internal communications strategy. This pivotal role will directly impact MongoDB's market positioning as the premier platform for developers and a leader in modern AI applications. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement Initiatives and Services and collaborating closely with the Sales and Ecosystem business units. Your work will be instrumental in aligning our global sales force and accelerating our growth trajectory.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for the GTM team, serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and translating complex business objectives and updates into clear, actionable messagesCreate and manage a communications calendar, prioritizing seller needs and aligning with GTM strategyPerform stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans with appropriate channels and messagesCreate compelling multi-format content and review/edit team-developed materials for consistencyImplement change management communications for organizational initiatives, process updates, and product launchesManage large-scale meetings, from content creation to post-event follow-upCultivate a distinct GTM brand identity that aligns with MongoDB's overall corporate image while resonating specifically with our sales and customer-facing teamsImplement data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and report on communication program effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and maximize GTM impactStay informed on industry trends to identify new communication opportunitiesRegularly gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve communication effectiveness

We're looking for someone with

5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environmentsExceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narrativesProven track record in field communications, PR, or enablementStrong project management skills and experience with large and small scale projectsProficiency with communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace) and data analytics platformsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldDemonstrated adaptability, creative problem-solving, and innovative thinkingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teamsExperience working effectively with executive leadershipAbility to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving clarity and resultsFamiliarity with databases, developers, and AI/ML technologies a plus
