To support their growing portfolio of projects, they are seeking skilled Project Managers to join their team, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and aligned with strategic objectives.

Role Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Delivery:
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively addressing risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
Team Coordination:
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment towards project goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively, balancing competing priorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations and resolve conflicts as needed.
Governance and Reporting:
  • Adhere to governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience Required: Essential:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within infrastructure, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and leadership skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Desirable:
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner).
  • Experience in digital transformation or operational technology projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or highly structured environments.
