Speech and Language Therapist

We are looking for a therapist with a minimum of two years of experience working with a paediatric client group. Based in Cork, the postholder will support children and their families in our clinics and within the community. There may also be opportunities to work within specialist school settings as the service expands.
Our client is a forward-thinking and creative speech and language therapy service, with a neuroaffirming ethos, and provides opportunity for innovation.
The postholder will provide frequent, evidence-based therapy to children and young people, considering the child and family holistically to make the greatest impact

o A high level of support and supervision

o Many opportunities for CPD, including regular clinical team meetings, peer support sessions, joint-working, and access to external training courses
o Shares practice, resources and expertise with sister company in London. There are many opportunities for upskilling, as well as options for shadowing/training in London.
Essential Criteria:
Be registered, or be eligible for registration, as a Speech & Language Therapist by the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
Be eligible to work in the state.
Full clean driver's licence
At least two years of full time post graduate clinical experience, and the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
