You'll collaborate with Designity's internal marketing team to align paid efforts with the broader growth strategy.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute high-impact paid media strategies (across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, X, Meta, programmatic advertising and emerging paid channels).
  • Create and optimize ad copy and creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic growth strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Track user behavior, predict trends, and optimize ad spend using AI-powered tools.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage high-intent prospects and nurture leads.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with hyper-targeted, personalized ad campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success in lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social strategies.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize campaign performance, enhance targeting precision, and drive higher efficiency and ROI.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with a focus on reducing CPL, increasing SQLs, and improving ROAS.
