Business Development roles
  • Contacting potential prospects by phone, e-mail, and video conferences
  • Successfully signing agreements with partners through negotiating terms
  • Maintaining up-to-date information in the custom software
  • Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission
Lease Sales Consultant
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of new leases in the Telecommunication Industry with private, corporate, or governmental landowners for the German market
  • Forecast, monitor and analyze results within the assigned portfolio to maximize revenue growth and profitability manage a portfolio of existing leasing contracts
  • Outbound and inbound calls
  • Prepare contract content
  • Quality check of the contract
Account Executive (SMBs/Entrepreneur) roles
  • As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Driving growth and building clients base
  • Managing multiple prospects at the same time; strategically build a strong pipeline to reach quota.
  • Demonstrating how to use company's products
Online Social Media Content Review roles
  • Ensure quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved
  • Monitor, assess, and challenge team productivity, ensuring Educators are reaching their assigned targets
  • Identify and develop ad hoc reports to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Collect and verify information as per client's requirements
Back office roles
  • Collect information from our internal system (using reports and questionnaires) and apply necessary workflow to provide the information to the relevant team and Management.
  • Arrange the events and organize the locations based on specific requirements
  • Management of the process of negotiation and stipulation of the contract between the owners and the client.
  • Organizing international documents collection
  • Data reporting and administration
Team Lead (Sales) roles
  • Manage a team of successful Sales Consultants; provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback; delegate tasks effectively; foster a collaborative and supportive work environment; oversee productivity and workflow of assigned team.
  • Set clear expectations; assign written targets; complete monthly and quarterly check-ins; complete pipeline overviews & providing forecasts
  • Maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the client/s to ensure that our client is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management; communicating client updates and/or requests to the team in a timely manner
  • Create reports that track project performance against goals; present reports to internal and external stakeholders
