Spirit Motor Group have 3 Ford Dealerships in Dublin and Wicklow.

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our Ford team in both Baldonnell and Sandyford.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Previous sales experience within the motor industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Effective time management with an ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activities to secure new business.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with full unrestricted access to live and work in Ireland.
  • Full clean driving licence for Ireland.
  • Flexible approach to work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday.

Role
  • Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle.
  • Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients.
  • Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
  • Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards.
  • Work to strict targets and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories, and key features.
