TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting an Occupational Health Lead of the Colleague Wellness Department on behalf of one of Ireland's leading Occupational Health providers.

This is a full time permanent role working working a hybrid model, the role is based in West Dublin.

As the lead for this department, customer contact and continuous relationship development will be a key part of the role you perform as well as developing the OH Wellbeing services offered by the team to customers.
You will be responsible for the oversight, management, and development of the OH programmes & OH team providing the best class Occupational Health Service.

Education/experience required:

•At least 5 years post registration experience

•Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or other relevant Health/Health Management qualification

•Hold full An Bord Altranais registration.

•Significant work experience in a similar role covering both health and wellbeing & managing people.

•Experience in delivering training programmes required (Coaching and/or training qualification would be a plus)

•Experience of delivering a data led Health & Wellness Strategy
