Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.
  • Prepare and organize rooms, ensuring all priority and arrival rooms are guest-ready on time.
  • Liaise with Front Office and Events Teams to manage lost property and log found items properly.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Accommodation Manager.
  • Complete special room requests, including rollaway beds and additional amenities.
  • Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Attend training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping offices and storerooms, ensuring they remain tidy and well-organized.
