Job Summary

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will leverage your expertise in email marketing to build, send, and measure email campaigns, including nurture flows, campaign-related emails, event invites, newsletters, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and impactful email experiences to our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop, implement, and measure email marketing strategies to drive pipeline and meet company targets.
  2. Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional.
  3. Build, maintain, and optimize multiple automated email nurture flows.
  4. Segment email lists based on user behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver targeted content.
  5. Create an A/B testing framework to optimize email performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  6. Collaborate with content, design, and Line-of-Business teams to ensure messaging alignment and branding across all email communications.
  7. Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance email marketing efforts.
  10. Technical expertise in Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, or other email platforms.
  11. Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and Google Analytics.
  12. Experience with HTML/CSS for email design and troubleshooting is a plus.
  13. Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  14. Ability to work with data to segment audiences and personalize email content.
  15. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  16. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
Education & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
  3. Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns and strategies.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics tools.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
