The JobReporting to the Accounts Manager, this role is a key part of the shared services accounts team, focusing on supporting back-office finance duties and accounts processing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Matching and processing invoices
- Investigating variances and potential issues in accounts reports
- Resolving queries
- Ensuring accurate submission of AP payments
- Updating supplier account information
- Assisting accountants with monthly close processes
- Supporting team projects
- 3rd level degree in business studies, accounting, or a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years experience in accounts, banking, or financial administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with all levels of seniority
- Own car and full/clean driving license (preferred)
This permanent role offers a salary range from €30,000 to €34,000, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The position is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Initial training and onboarding are fully in-office.
Candidates must be available for in-person interviews. Visa or work permit restrictions will disqualify candidates.
