Receptionist and Office Administrator

We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist and Office Administrator on behalf of an Asset Management company.
Location: On-site role - Dublin City Centre
Opportunity: Strong opportunity for learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor building access and maintain accurate records of visitors.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and prepare rooms in advance of meetings.
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Co-ordinate with facilities management and order any necessary supplies for the office.
- Assist in the organisation of company events and activities, as well as support senior executives' travel arrangements.
- Assist with implementation and monitoring of health and safety guidelines.
- Manage ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity within a corporate and professional environment.
- Strong experience in travel, meeting, and diary management.
- Keen communication and organisational skills.
