The Spa At Castleknock Hotel are growing the team and are seeking Assistant Spa Manager who is ready for a new challenge in their career.  Elemis training and experience is an advantage, however we do provide full training with our brands. 

We are looking for highly guest focused candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills, a gentle understated manner, who are immaculately presented and display natural elegance and well-being. What we require our candidates to have:

  • Internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent ) 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • The ability to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service 
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Experience training and developing a team
  • Excellent attention to detail & a high level of organisational skills   
  • The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
  • Have a professional image at all times in line with the Spa and Hotel standards
  • Be committed to the team 

Main Duties:

  • Assist in the control of all costs, minimising wastage of materials and energy throughout the Spa
  • Work as part of the Management Team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being always flexible
  • Deliver training and ensure that all training is documented accordingly
  • Promote sales within the department and across the Hotel
  • Attend Departmental Meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels
  • Maintain all company policies and procedures
  • Offer the highest level of Guest Care in line with the Company Guest Care Programme, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times
