PE Global is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant – Revenue to join a commercial state-owned company for a 6-month FTC.

This is a permanent opportunity which will assist the Credit Manager in routine accounting operations to ensure delivery of quality accounting services in accordance with the Departments requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Controlling Container Manifests against Port Information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Preparing and Issuing Invoices for all Container Business.
  • Preparing and Issuing Invoices for Storage, Reefer and Ancillary Terminal Services.
  • Maintaining Records regarding all invoicing instructions, queries, etc.
  • Month End Processes.
  • Customer Liaison including Query Handling.
  • General Support to the Sales Invoicing Team.
Requirements:
  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role.
  • You will have excellent numeracy, accuracy and logic skills including problem solving.
  • A finance degree or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using IT Software Systems.
  • You will be immediately available or able to commence employment within a week.
