Our client is an established residential property developer made up of a highly experienced team of property and facilities professionals. Offering a collaborative and supportive company culture, this Facilities Coordinator job will be best suited to an individual with previous experience within the residential property space.
About Your New Job
In this role you will handle the day-to-day facility and building management of a portfolio of multi-unit properties in and around North and South Dublin. Previous experience in facilities management, property management of building management of RTB and multi-unit properties will be considered an asset for this opportunity, which is an urgent need with interviews already being booked.
What Skills You Need
- Previously held a facilities manager, facilities coordinator or property management role
- Track record of carrying out regular site inspections
- Experience in the registration of RTBs and rental agreement requirements
- Ability to arrange and manage contracting teams to carry out work as required
- Take a proactive approach to potential issues to reduce potential issues arising
- Previous use of Property Management Software
- Educated in Facilities Management, Property Management
- Knowledge of property laws, regulations and safety and compliance issues
