INFORM3 are recruiting for a Site Agent for work based in Dublin on utility projects featuring water and wastewater projects.

The client places great value in completing projects on time through careful and well-planned management. The successful candidates will have a civils background and be confident in coordinating site activities.

Site Agent Job Role:

  1. Manage multiple projects across both urban and rural settings.
  2. Communicate and coordinate with Clients and Client Representatives to ensure the successful execution of projects and foster relationships.
  3. Review drawings with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Modify designs in response to feedback.
  5. Foster leadership within the project site team.
  6. Coordinate with Contracts Manager and Site Agents to manage work and site resources.
  7. Ensure customer expectations are met while building confidence and trust.
  8. Continuously examine and enhance project processes.
  9. Implement innovative technology to create new services and optimize delivery processes.
  10. Mentor designers and identify training needs for junior site team members.
  11. Track site work progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  12. Plan and manage the delivery of materials, addressing any discrepancies appropriately.
  13. Ensure all work complies with client requirements, safety legislation, and other legal obligations.
  14. Oversee traffic management and health and safety on-site, ensuring all safety checks are conducted.
  15. Coordinate with Local Authorities for the inspection of footway conditions before and after installation works.
  16. Collaborate with the workflow department on the programming and scheduling of work.
  17. Provide Clients with status reports and act as the primary point of contact for the public and subcontractors.
  18. Professionally handle customer complaints related to work performed.
  19. Partner with clients to help them maximize the value of their infrastructure.
  20. Ensure quality control of works.
  21. Efficiently manage required administrative tasks.
  22. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.

Site Agent Job Specification:

  1. Degree in Civil Engineering
  2. Civils, drainage, or utilities (water & electricity) experience
  3. 5+ years' experience
  4. Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
  5. Ability to adapt to new circumstances
  6. Time management abilities to meet targets.
  7. Full driving license
