Customer Service Advisors - Hybrid in Clonakilty

You'll earn €28,080 per year with a permanent contract working a 40-hour work week on a rotational shift pattern, including varied hours from Monday to Friday (6am-9pm), Saturday (8am-6pm), and Sundays/Bank Holidays (10am-6pm). Full flexibility is required.

You'll experience the best of both worlds with our hybrid work environment, splitting your time between working from home and our vibrant Clonakilty office, with 2-3 days per week in the office as needed.

What you'll be doing:

As the voice of our company, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll handle a variety of customer inquiries with professionalism and care, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Some of your duties will include:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by focusing on personalised solutions that meet each customer's unique needs.
  • Recognising vulnerable customers and adjusting your approach to provide the necessary additional support.
  • Managing escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity, ensuring accurate logging of each interaction.
  • Addressing a diverse range of inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and web chat.
What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with familiarity in using social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficiency in simultaneously using various computer applications and software.
  • An attentive listener who can empathise with and adapt to different customer needs.
  • A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of customer issues and ensures their resolution.
  • A positive and enthusiastic person who aligns with our vision of delivering excellent customer service every time.
  • Whilst working at home, you will need a quiet, private, and comfortable workspace with a reliable Wi-Fi connection and a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
