Binnen ons team van Contracts and Technical Services zoeken we voor een uitdagende rol in full time (40h/week) een ervaren en gepassioneerde Software Consultant die graag onze klanten adviseert.

Als Software Consultant ben jij dé expert in het implementeren en configureren van onze cutting-edge softwarepakketten op het gebied van personeelsplanning, workforce management, tijdregistratie en toegangscontrole.

Je coördineert en leidt jouw eigen projecten en neemt deel aan pre-sales activiteiten.

Jij bent een teamplayer pur sang, werkt nauw samen met sales, operations en support en Consultative Selling is jouw middle name.

Samen met projectleiders en hardware consultants vorm je een dream team, waarbij jij hen technisch ondersteunt.

Innovatie staat centraal. Je bent altijd op zoek naar nieuwe ontwikkelingen en inspireert anderen met jouw kennis en nieuwsgierigheid.

Jouw mening telt Je denkt actief mee over de groei van de organisatie

Terwijl je werkzaam bent in een nationaal team, werk je nauw samen met internationale collega's om jouw skills en ervaring naar een next level te tillen.

Wat heb je nodig?

Een succesvol afgeronde (technische) hbo-opleiding is jouw basis.

Je hebt al flink wat consultancy ervaring op de teller.

Je hebt passie voor communicatie, samenwerken, klantgerichtheid en feedback geven aan de organisatie om samen verder te kunnen groeien.

Je weet anderen te overtuigen met jouw zelfverzekerde houding en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende meningen en standpunten.

Resultaatgericht werken is jouw tweede natuur en je inspireert anderen met je positieve drive.

Met een analytische mindset en een probleemoplossende attitude ga je altijd voor goud.

Onze soft- en hardware oplossingen maak je moeiteloos eigen.

Nieuwsgierigheid zit in jouw bloed en je bent altijd klaar voor verdere ontwikkeling en training.

Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Engels op een next-level niveau, in geschrifte en in spraak.

Een rijbewijs B is een must-have.
